Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel, the minimum term, the notice we ask for, and when a refund may apply. It forms part of the service agreement you sign before we begin.

Effective date: 13 June 2026

1. Overview

Oculus FastPay is offered as either a one-off engagement or an ongoing quarterly subscription with setup included. This page sets out how cancellation and refunds work. The minimum term and notice periods below apply to the ongoing subscription; the one-off engagement is a single payment for the work delivered. Where your signed service agreement differs from this page, your signed agreement applies.

2. Minimum term

The agreement has a minimum term of twelve (12) months, starting from the date of your first subscription payment. After the minimum term, you may cancel by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice.

3. Cancelling your subscription

  • To cancel future payments, give written notice at least fourteen (14) days before your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund of past or current subscription fees.

In short: give fourteen (14) days’ notice before your next billing date to stop the next quarterly charge, and thirty (30) days’ written notice to formally end the agreement once the minimum term has passed.

4. One-off and setup fees

Any one-off fee paid on signing, including the one-off engagement fee and the setup component of a subscription, is non-refundable once work has begun.

5. When a refund may apply

If the service cannot be implemented due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the direct control of either party — for example an act of God, government legislation, an unavoidable accident, death, or other calamity — we may offer a partial refund where termination occurs during the discovery phase, before full implementation.

6. Non-payment and suspension

If a payment is declined, we will notify you and allow seven (7) days to resolve it. If it is not resolved within that period, we may suspend the service, including access to the Wealth Portal, until the account is brought up to date.

7. Termination by us

We may terminate the agreement with fourteen (14) days’ notice if you breach the terms or fail to make payment.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. How to cancel or ask a question

To cancel, or if you have any questions about this policy, please reach out through the support call form on our Investment page and we will help you with the next steps. These terms work alongside our Terms of Service.
